ABOUT Burnscrest Consulting

At the heart of our work is a deep commitment to strengthening communities through collaboration, understanding, and purposeful action. As a veteran-owned business, we bring a sense of discipline, service, and integrity to every project we undertake. With over 5 years of experience as a VA professional, we have developed a strong foundation in leadership, problem-solving, and program implementation that directly informs our approach to community-focused initiatives. Our founder holds a Master’s in Social Work, combining academic insight with hands-on experience to create meaningful strategies that address real-world challenges. Our community development consulting services are rooted in inclusivity, partnership, and empowerment. We work alongside organizations, tribes, and local leaders to design programs that promote growth, equity, and sustainable change.

Through social work services, we assist communities in identifying their strengths, building capacity, and creating supportive systems that foster long-term well-being. In addition, our indigenous advocacy consulting focuses on uplifting indigenous voices, advancing sovereignty, and supporting culturally grounded initiatives that honor traditional knowledge and values. Every collaboration is guided by respect and a commitment to creating positive outcomes that reflect the aspirations of the communities we serve. We believe progress begins with listening, learning, and acting together to make a lasting difference. Join us in building stronger, more resilient communities through shared purpose and collective growth.
